30.4% of children fully jabbed, 46.6% given first dose

Some 93.4% of teenagers have completed their vaccination.

A total of 1,079,745 children or 30.4% of those aged five to 11 had completed their vaccination under the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme for Children (PICKids) as of yesterday.

According to the CovidNow portal, a total of 1,653,491 or 46.6% have received at least one dose of vaccine.

For teenagers aged 12 to 17, a total of 2,906,702 or 93.4% have completed their vaccination while 3,003,996 or 96.5% have received at least one dose.

A total of 16,071,981 individuals or 68.3% of adults have received a booster dose while 22,971,916 or 97.6% have completed two doses.

A total of 23,247,755 or 98.8% have received at least one dose of vaccine.

Yesterday, a total of 10,981 vaccine doses were administered, with 3,254 as first doses, 5,266 as second shots and 2,461 as booster jabs.

This brings the cumulative number of vaccine shots administered under the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme (PICK) to 70,722,028.
