Daily caseload at 204 as no new deaths reported

Another 204 Covid-19 cases were recorded yesterday, taking total confirmed infections in the country to 5,043,456.

There were 213 recoveries, taking total recoveries to 4,997,244.

There are now 9,247 active cases, of which 8,909 or 96.3% are undergoing home quarantine. 

Meanwhile, 0 (0%) are at quarantine centres while 332 (3.6%) have been hospitalised. 

A total of six are in ICU with one in need of respiratory assistance. 

No new deaths were reported, leaving total deaths unchanged at 36,965.
