Today's cases are the last of the 41 entities from which the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission sought to recover assets said to have been paid for with funds from 1MDB.

The court also allows an application by OCBC Bank (M) Bhd to claim a condominium in Mont Kiara, also seized from Jasmine Loo Ai Swan.

The assets comprise RM156,500 in cash, a Subaru vehicle, and property in Bandar Kinrara and Bandar Puchong Jaya.

This follows another letter of representation sent by Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim's family as the respondents.

It says there will be no prejudice against the plaintiffs if the court allows the stay of proceedings in the suit for allegedly receiving a misappropriated sum of RM16 million.

The items, including handbags of various brands, 27 vehicles and cash of various currencies seized from Najib, Rosmah, their three children and five other respondents, are believed to be linked to 1MDB.
